You will review business documentation, manage case files, and communicate with various departments to ensure a successful flow of processes and procedures. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with all departments on compliance activity, communication, and monitoring. Maintain insurance license information, client details, and renewal dates. Review binding documents, insurance certificates and endorsements prior to processing. Identify regulatory developments and provide guidance to personnel and management. Organize, build, and manage case files.Support staff in assigned project-based work.Partner with other departments and divisions including Sales, Operations, Billing, Finance, and Technology to prevent and detect non-compliance issues and promote a culture of compliance.Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and government regulations.Completes required training. Perform other related duties assigned.
