The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning (Distribution and Field Manager) will be responsible for leading a team that will drive the inventory management and optimization of $150-$300M of inventory across 90+ Forward Stocking Locations for AE Same Day Delivery, 180+ Remote Tech Service Providers, 700+ UBIF Store Locations, 150+ AT&T Stores, and 3 Key Distribution Facilities. The team is responsible for setting the appropriate Inventory stocking levels for over 1k skus across various programs and locations to ensure In Stock % is maximized, while ensuring that non-moving inventory is re-purposed in a timely manner to avoid Excess and Obsolescence exposure. The role will be responsible for overseeing key metric such as inventory offer rates, and device eligibility metrics while providing recommendation to the business on stocking strategies that accomplish program specific goals. The position will work to minimize supply in the field while maintaining required service levels to accomplish the key metrics. The role will be key in developing future technology developments to allow for optimized inventory distribution and returns. The Senior Manager will directly interact with External Clients and Internal Parties to review inventory levels, manage, and recommend changes to the Same Day & SUR Program eligibility structure, Replacement Matrix, and determine appropriate safety stock positions and communicate/forecast purchase needs for handsets internally and externally. The position will lead the effort to automate and develop a continuous improvement pipeline of projects to eliminate manual/redundant tasks in coordination with Planning Transformation Team/Analytics. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team, which will deliver the above efforts. The Senior Manager will be responsible for creating and promoting synergy among all operational groups of the global supply chain. This is done through relationships built with the client(s) and also by influencing the SCM senior staff, to ensure departmental results are delivered in accordance with the Supply Chain Planning strategic plan and Company Core Values. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for developing & leading a team of Manager, Sr Analyst/Analyst employees by establishing a High Performing Team environment, with continual coaching and feedback to employees. Establish Development Plans for all employees and provide Strech opportunities for the team across the Planning Organization Lead a team that manages the target inventory levels for all sku’s deployed at all stocking locations in the field for Advance Exchange, Same Day, and SUR programs to ensure that Program Specific KPI and Metrics are achieved, while optimizing inventory DOH at these locations Devise short and long range plans and develop, maintain and improve upon best in class performance in inventory turns/levels, service levels, and mitigate Excess &Obsolete expense for inventory deployed to the field Lead and influence in a highly matrixed environment and have significant interaction with functional teams such as Procurement, Client Services, Risk Management, Finance, Legal, Operations and 3rd party suppliers at all levels Devise Supply Chain Planning strategy and collaborate with Procurement and Finance to develop plans, both long-term and short-term, and reporting, to optimize equipment costs while maintaining customer experience (like-for-like, fill rate, etc.) Build and maintain communication channels among all operational groups within the supply chain through information sharing, thought leadership, and tactical and strategic planning Monitor DOH at each point in the supply chain and distribution center location and devise strategies and operational metrics to align against which will minimize E&O while fulfilling customer requirements. Design and propose new methodologies and processes to improve the planning cycle including but not limited to:

Leveraging Program Management forecast data Improved Need file utilization Reduced cycle time in planning

PROFESSIONAL COMPENTENCIES: Lead and develop a team of Managers, Sr. Analyst, Analyst employees with a focus on professional knowledge and personal/career development at Asurion. Very high level of organizational and time management skills, including the ability to competently juggle competing and rapidly changing priorities Exceptional financial and analytical skills, including deep knowledge of spreadsheets and databases Ability to lead a team Proven experience managing annual inventory spends in excess of $1 billion and SKUs in excess of 5k Knowledge of Asurion operations highly preferred High energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity Able to assess a variety of information, draw similarities and compile actionable recommendations. Strong interpersonal skills Ability to influence executive leadership Able to coach and mentor others QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 6-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Supply Chain management, Program Management or global procurement or planning BS Supply Chain Management or other technical/mathematical field MBA with quantitative background or other Advanced Degree Preferred 5 years working with statistical forecasting packages along with fine tuning those tools based on error analysis 5+ years managing DOH in the supply chain field across multiple DC’s with Finished Goods and BOM’s with varying yield rates. 4+ Experience in process analysis and deconstruction, failure analysis and ability to synthesize key areas for improvement with an action plan to drive said improvements.
