Responsibilities: Engage with homeowners through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to discuss the sale of their properties. Build rapport and trust with homeowners to facilitate successful property acquisitions. Conduct property evaluations and assessments to determine market value and potential investment opportunities. Negotiate purchase agreements with homeowners to secure favorable terms for the company. Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, finance, and operations to ensure smooth transaction processes. Maintain accurate records of all homeowner interactions, negotiations, and property details. Meet daily targets of 50 homeowner conversations and achieve a minimum of 2 successful property purchases per week. Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and risks.

Qualifications: Sales experience in direct-to-consumer with proven success. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Excellent empathetic and interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated and driven. Excellent work ethic.

Compensation:

$2,000 - $3,000 + commission structure of 8-12%
