Customer Service Representative IV Job Details
- Serve as a customer service representative for small to medium-sized customers with non-complex business needs.
- Provide day-to-day customer operational support in nominations, confirmations, and allocations for the USGTM pipelines and/or storage facilities.
- Perform imbalance management for the USGTM pipelines and/or storage facilities.
- Extract and analyze gas volume, imbalance, contracting, and revenue information to support departments such as Marketing, Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Assist with tracking and optimizing UST's electric power costs and electric contracts for Electric Motor Drive (EMD) compressors of approximately $125MM - $150MM per year.
- Manage daily business associated with nominations, scheduling, confirmations, and allocations for customers.
- Monitor and resolve imbalances by working with customers.
- Ensure confirmed volumes are adequately matched and reconciled with interconnects.
- Assist customers with usage of the LINK EBB and provide training as needed.
- Assist in the development of budgets, power forecasts, variance analysis, and power use plans.
- Participate in projects associated with electric optimization and customer support.
- Provide reporting associated with gas volumes, imbalances, contracting, or revenue information as needed.
- Work across various levels and groups within the organization to provide positive customer service, address customer issues, and manage electric needs.

Customer Service Representative IV Mandatory Skills
- Experience in any of the following areas: Commercial Operations, Information Technology, Capacity Planning, Marketing, Regulatory, Projects, Gas Control, Engineering, Operations, Electric Planning, or related areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or additional equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills (9/10).

Customer Service Representative IV Desired Skills
- Prior Oil and Gas experience in Mid-stream is a huge plus.
