Apply today for considerationPosition: Learning & Development SpecialistLocation: Chicago, IL 60607 (onsite)Duration: 6+ months with possible extensionPay rate: $36-38.00/hrJOB SUMMARY:Providing world-class support to our partners (riders, drivers and restaurants) is critical to our success.Building the capability of our support teams to consistently deliver elevated levels of service is challenging and complex - and incredibly satisfyingWe are looking for a Learning Delivery Specialist to facilitate and implement our training programs across Community Operations.This role is pivotal in ensuring were able to create the best learning experience to increase retention and transfer of both technical and non-technical subject matter.In this role you will support our CS community to become more proficient in their role and perform at their best.Support Instructor led and virtual instructor led learning delivery in more than one environment (BPO/COE/GL), region and multiple LOBsDeliver train the trainer eventsReview training content and design (provide input / feedback)May conduct projects or perform tasks or larger projectsDeployment of eLearning initiativesMeasure performance post-training and act when goals were not metSpend time with the Field support team to stay up-to-date with their processes and training needsBasic Qualifications:2+ years L&D experiencePrevious facilitation experienceSkilled in Google SuiteCustomer Support experience in a high-volume environmentPride Global/Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.#LI-AS3 Company Description Russell Tobin is an equal-opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
