Senior Supply Chain Execution Lead - Aftermarket

DUTIES:

Lippert Components, Inc. seeks a full-time Senior Supply Chain Execution Lead - Aftermarket based in Elkhart, IN. Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for new projects as well as enhancements to existing solutions. Support and guide a team of functionals through the analysis, design, and implementation of warehousing solutions. Perform application configuration activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Manhattan Active Warehouse Management. Manage stakeholders expectations and negotiate enterprise engineering solutions to their complex problems. Manage functional and technical specifications for functional and technical Supply Chain execution analyst team members. Manage D365 and MAWM production system issues and delegate to functional team members for resolution. Drive conversation within various Distribution Center Operations teams, recommending process improvements, and implementing systems enhancements that consistently advance the overall goals of the team. Support change control best practices, including the management of user requests/approvals, code promotions from development and test to production utilizing D365 and MAWM. Manage the on-time delivery of all D365/MAWM projects, including project plans, status meetings, progress reporting, and closure activities. Lead functional teams through regression testing of current environments via SoapUI and Talend to sustain the stability of production D365 and MAWM environments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and 2 years related experience. Must also have demonstrated ability with each of the following: 1) Providing technical solutions to customers and helping to choose the right product for the application; 2) Cycle time analysis and assessment, systems design, and assembly optimization techniques; 3) Designing and developing products, including conceptual and detail design, prototype development, and testing (DVP&R); and 4) Working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Manhattan Associates technology (D365, Manhattan Active Omni, and Manhattan Active Warehouse Management. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently. This position supervises two to three peers in Supply Chain Execution Analyst. 50% domestic and international travel required to visit other Lippert worksites and oversee project execution.
