Duties/Responsibilities:
• Oversees and maintains current and scheduled inventory.
• Develops and maintains relationships with wholesalers and suppliers.
• Assesses financial risks of purchases related to supply and order requirements.
• Maintains current understanding of new products and trends.
• Enters receivers
• Maintains records related to inventory and purchasing management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excell or related software.
• Efficient typing skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and legal aspects of purchasing.
• Ability to compile information and make decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
• 5+ years of motorized recreational vehicle and/or ambulance experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks helpful.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
