Job Details: Contract to hire Schedule : Must be open to shift and overtime Hours : Daylight 7am to 3pm or Night shift 11pm to 7am Starting pay rate: $20hr+ Duties/Responsibilities: • Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory • Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders safely • Prepare raw materials for production runs, verify customer order requirements to material and production schedule • Work as a team to complete production set ups to ensure an efficient changeover from job to job • Connect raw material (metal) through a stitching process • Visually inspect raw & finished coils to identify defects (marks, dents, scratches, etc.) • Package coils according to customer requirements (paper, cardboard, shrink wrap, etc.) • This may include driving a forklift or assisting a forklift driver Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Prior experience working in production is preferred • Ability to work independently or as a team Physical Requirements and Work Environment: • Position requires walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, sitting, and standing in order to perform job duties • some lifting of up to 45lbs on occasion Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $20 - $23 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
