Work Schedule:

  • Continuous operation with a 3 on/3 off rotation
  • Consistent shifts: 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am
  • Enhanced pay rates for weekend shifts
  • Additional compensation for night shifts

Primary Duties:

  • Prepare and organize raw materials for production processes while confirming customer order specifications
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to facilitate seamless transitions between production jobs
  • Examine raw and finished coils for quality assurance and package them according to client requirements
  • Ensure a tidy and safe workspace by properly managing waste disposal
  • Safely handle and transport materials within the production area

Note: Some responsibilities may require forklift operation or assisting a forklift operator.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient reading and writing abilities
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with measurements
  • Capability to utilize a calculator and computer for necessary data entry
  • Physical endurance to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
