* Accounts payable * Expense reimbursements * General Ledger and bank reconciliations * Journal entries * Month-end close * Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements. * Ensure accuracy in employee timekeeping, deductions, and withholdings. * Prepare and enter Payroll Journal Entries * Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies. * File and record maintenance

Work location: This position is required to be in our Needham, Massachusetts headquarters office at least one day per week.

Required skills and experience:

* At least three (3) years of mid-level accounting experience, AP/AR, General Ledger, report generation, bookkeeping, end-to-end payroll processing * Proficiency with financial software (ADP, Peachtree, Sage, Concur, etc.) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. * Effective communication and customer service skills are essential. * Must be detail oriented with quick follow through, able to work independently with confidential information, and consistently exercise good judgment in dealing with competing demands and priorities. * Able to commute to our Needham, Massachusetts office at least one day per week. * BA or BS degree desirable
