We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join our team, driving our service line of digital projects encompassing web development and digital marketing. In this pivotal role, you will not only contribute to business development, scoping, and capabilities presentations but will also play a crucial role in supporting our project managers by addressing technical inquiries, process improvements, and implementing new technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in development, proficiency in marketing tech stacks, and effective client communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the delivery of end-to-end digital projects in web development and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal creation and client pitches.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored digital solutions.
  • Support in scoping activities, defining project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Create compelling capabilities presentations showcasing the agency's digital expertise.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in overseeing digital projects, including web development and digital marketing.
  • Strong background in development and a deep understanding of marketing tech stacks.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into digital solutions.
  • Experience in scoping projects, defining timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging capabilities presentations.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, Computer Science, etc.).
  • 7 to 10+ years experience in digital services or similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
