In this pivotal role, you will:

+ Evaluate the scope of work, schedules, and budget requirements on projects developed both internally and externally

+ Serve as a crucial liaison between our company and outside regulatory agencies, utilities, and engineering firms to coordinate project management requirements

+ Act as the primary point of contact with Owners, Subcontractors, and Consultants

+ Conduct data collection and project reporting, publishing comprehensive monthly reports to the Owner

+ Review and provide technical and economic evaluations of new proposals

+ Collaborate with the Project Development team to support proposal submissions, project interviews, and the development of prime contracts

To excel in this dynamic position, you will need:

+ A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Energy, or a Construction-related specialty

+ Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in ENERGY conservation projects and construction management

+ A strong understanding of energy savings calculations and expectations for energy performance contracts

+ Extensive experience in construction project management and a deep understanding of the commercial construction landscape

+ Familiarity with construction protocols in New York and New Jersey

Additionally, we offer a hybrid flex schedule, allowing you to work 3 days on-site and 2 days remotely, as well as ample opportunities for internal growth and promotion.
