Provides direct pastoral services to patients and families. Coordinates spiritual support with requested religious affiliations for patients and families. Completes and prepares documentation from clinical contacts and patients. Inputs clinical data into MISYS database. Maintains updated intake reports. Qualifications: Knowledge of and ability to perform Islamic End of Life ministry.Bachelor's diploma from an accredited collegeDivinity Degree requiredMinimum of one year experience post graduate in a healthcare settingWord and ExcelValid New York State Drivers license preferredAbility to work within an interdisciplinary team environmentExcellent communication, listening and organizational skillsStrong teaching and public speaking abilitiesAbility to input clinical data proficiently
