The Opportunity:
The right mixture of great ideas and funding can create change. In a complex organization, allocating funding to where it can be most effective can be challenging. That's why we need you, a financial analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure Air Force and Space Force's resources can make the most impact.
As a Program and Budget Management Analyst, you'll bring your consulting, analytical, and management expertise to work on projects for DoD cybersecurity clients. You'll analyze budget data and cultivate stakeholder relationships to aid our clients in managing resources in the budgets of varied DoD components. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and functions related to PPBE oversight of DoD Services and Agencies.
Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies, you'll help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you'll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with the project managers and team leads. This is your chance to work on high-level project while imparting your financial analysis expertise to your team.

You Have:
- Experience with DoD programs and management processes
- Experience analyzing financial and other resource management data
- Experience with DoD Planning Guidance, including instructing business units on what items must be included in future budget planning
- Knowledge of the Air Force unfunded requirements process
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and cybersecurity programs
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with budget planning, justification, and prioritization
- Experience with DoD PPBE processes
- Knowledge of the DoD acquisition system
- Ability to balance multiple diverse workstreams and work collaboratively across teams
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
