**Adecco Staffing is working with a client in the greater Hinsdale, NH who is looking for additional Machine Operators on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift.** **Schedule:** + 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm. + 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:00am. + 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:30pm-6:30am. **Pay:** + 1st Shift: $18.00 per hour + 2nd Shift: $19.62 per hour + 3rd Shift: $20.16 per hour **Job Purpose:** + To efficiently operate machines within the injection and blow molding departments **Essential Duties and responsibilities:** + Load and operate fast paced machinery + Maintains standard productivity + Maintains standard shift paperwork + Visually inspect and package products for conformance to quality standards + Meet production/productivity goals + Read job books and follow contents in order to achieve determined results + Able to communicate with others and/or interact with others in a supportive, responsive, and respectful manner + Work safely and maintain a safe and clean work area. + Perform any other assigned tasks as delegated by group leader or supervisor/manager. **Qualifications:** + Must be of 18 years of age or older + High School diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience + Able to read, understand and follow instructions, company procedures and standards is required + Able to complete duties with attention to detail and accuracy + Able to get along with others and work well in a team environment + Good manual dexterity is required + Reliable and consistent attendance is required. + Must be able to work overtime as needed + Able to work with minimum supervision. **If you are interested in this position or others available, please apply with an updated resume.** **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.16 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
