The QTI Group has partnered with a billing services company that assists automotive service centers across North America. They are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their team. The Customer Service Associate is to be the primary contact for Clients and Customers for resolution to concerns and any questions they may have. You must maintain a positive can-do attitude with a high focus on teamwork and professionalism.
This temp-to-hire position is on-site located in Middleton. It offers a schedule with Monday-Friday full-time hours between 8am-6pm. Pay starts at $19/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a liaison between our Clients and their Customers.
- Managing inbound contacts through various communication channels including phone, email, and fax.
- Explaining and resolving invoice and payment concerns with/for clients and customers.
- Opening, sorting, and processing mail daily.
- Reviewing, researching, and responding to Clients and their Customers, with accuracy and timeliness.
- Escalating concerns up to the proper leadership channels as needed.
- Working with Clients and Customers to resolve payment and billing concerns.
- Explaining reports and other documents to Clients and Customers when requested.
- Assisting Clients and Customers with password resets for portals.
- Processing account updates and adjustments as requested by Clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication with an emphasis on grammar, punctuation, and professionalism.
- Personal computing skills with knowledge in: MS-Excel, MS-Word, and keyboarding.
- Proficient typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a prominent level of confidentiality.
- Ability to problem solve logically within policies and procedures.
- Excellent research skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Are well spoken with no fear of contacting people by phone.
- Are results driven and self-motivated.
- Are organized and reliable.
- Love digging into questions and resolving issues.
- Are detail oriented.
