PACE Marketing Coordinator

Working Hours: 0800-1700Based in Hot Springs

Summary: Under the supervision of the Financial Services Manager. Coordinates and oversees all Marketing and Program Development activities, including Outreach Program and Community Events. Develops and Maintains business contacts and relationships across the service areas with agencies and providers affiliated with the elderly. Participates in Team meetings as necessary. Serves on Committees as needed. Responsible for maintaining adequate Marketing supplies and ensuring compliance with CMS Marketing Regulations. Responsible for the growth of PACE program by obtaining appropriate referrals. Responsible for accurately maintaining records of referrals and referral sources. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in the Complete Health with PACE mission.

Other information: Bachelor's Degree preferred but NOT required. Prefer Marketing experience, however, comparable experience in service delivery will be accepted. Ability to work independently with strong professional, organizational and interpersonal skills. Possess good analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrates a high level of organizational skills to establish and manage priorities and maintain follow up. Working knowledge of not-for-profit, healthcare and insurance concepts practices and procedures. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs. Capability to relate this information in order to determine eligibility requirements for PACE. Working knowledge of service area health and social service delivery systems aging networks. Ability to lead and motivate individuals and groups toward the accomplishment of organizational goals. Proficient in the use of Google applications such as word, sheets and slides with experience in database systems. Must be medically cleared of communicable diseases and up to date with immunizations.
