Taking Big Strides
You will direct and supervise Field Technicians in technical endeavors ensuring customer satisfaction.

Other Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Train Field Technicians on technical skills, company processes and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
  • Assist the Service Manager in performing weekly 1:1s with Field Technicians.
  • Assist the Service Manager in conducting ride-a longs for technical evaluation.
  • Assist in onboarding new Field Technicians.
  • Maintain duties as a Field Technician.
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
  • Keep your truck inventory up to date.
  • Properly complete paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
  • Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 5-10+ years of industry experience
  • PL01 OR PL02 Plumbing License Required
  • Must have residential service experience with both sales and service
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, safety sensitive position
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Service Titan experience, a plus
