CRU is looking for a goal-oriented individual with sales experience to join one of their rapidly expanding regional offices. The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure that client subscription renewals are secured, revenue growth is achieved within the designated area, and inbound leads are properly qualified. The Account Executive, once hired, will be a part of a thriving, supportive, and successful international team. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: As part of your role, your primary responsibility will be to secure renewals for your portfolio of existing clients. This will require you to acquire a comprehensive understanding of your client's activities and leverage additional business opportunities. Your duties will include: Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up. Understanding customer needs and requirements. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Closing sales and meeting monthly and quarterly sales and growth targets. Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest. Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned remit. Conducting effective online demos to prospects. About You: A bachelor’s degree. A proven sales record of retaining clients, increasing spend, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). Being highly driven and motivated is essential for this role. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, tele sales, or account management role is preferred, but we are also open to bright and talented individuals who are looking to start their sales career. Experience working with a portfolio of clients is required. Experience working in an information subscription business is preferable. Strong negotiation skills, self-starting attitude, team player, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize client needs. Proficiency in meeting targets within agreed timescales by working smart. Comfortable in using a CRM system for workload and KPI management.
