What you'll be working on:
  • Process registration for all new and used vehicles in their respective states.
  • Prepare title documents and verify customer purchase agreements.
  • Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles daily.
  • Ensure funds are collected and the correct lienholder is paid before processing titles.
  • Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles.
  • Compile and manage a list of all outstanding title work.
  • Report to management on any missing or problematic titles.
  • Reconcile DMV schedules weekly and follow up on pending titles.
  • Handle yearly renewals of dealer rentals and company vehicles.
  • Manage inventory of in-house plates and stickers.
  • Stay up-to-date on title regulations by attending local licensing seminars and training.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
What you need to bring to the table:
  • Must have 2-3 years of dealership experience.
  • Self-motivation and diligence.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to maintaining a neat work area.
Salary: $28.00-$32.00/hour

*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
