DMV Clerk Job Description

At Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented DMV Clerk to join our team. As a DMV Clerk, you will be responsible for processing DMV title documents in a timely and accurate manner, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process DMV title documents
  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing
  • Prepare purchase and trade-in documentation
  • Contact banks to obtain lien releases
  • Prepare paperwork for submission to the DMV
  • Maintain DMV and payoff schedules
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in title processing
  • CDK experience strongly preferred
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
