Further, the Content Marketing Specialist will help support the development and execution of the content strategy for our digital channels. The ideal candidate will have experience developing creative messages and techniques for promoting brands and products to new and existing customers and the ability to track and report on those efforts. The ideal candidate should have expertise in inbound marketing techniques and should be able to create and manage digital content development across various platforms, such as paid media, blogs, social media, campaigns, and more. They should be able to determine the content required for different projects and work closely with team members to ensure that the necessary content is generated or sourced. The Content Marketing Specialist understands the role of content, not only within the web and marketing channels but also within the enterprise, and designs solutions to reflect those requirements. This role requires the ability to create marketing content such as online content, social media content, infographics, paid ad content, video content, webinars, and podcast content marketing. The selected candidate will work closely with both internal and external teams to align with the company's overall business strategy and drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing.Major Duties:Create and execute content strategies and marketing materials.Work with the marketing team to plan and execute high-quality multimedia content ensuring consistency of the brand to drive traffic to the website and various channels.In-depth experience with analytics platforms and using data to optimize and inform marketing strategy and content creation.Assist marketing team with building and executing the brand's digital content strategy by providing insights, optimizations, and placement when necessary.Collaborate with internal teams to align content across platforms.Assist with digital campaigns to help drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and conversions.Learn and maintain strong knowledge of CRM marketing best practices, our target customer, digital marketing, and competitive trends.A/B test new creatives and content, while optimizing for various audiences and product offerings.Track and report content marketing leads and ROI in our CRM (Salesforce).Regularly perform keyword research and track digital marketing trends.Provide support on various Salesforce and Pardot tasks including creating workflows, lead scoring/grading, forms, landing pages, and campaigns for both the marketing & the workforce development team.Ensure content is optimized for SEO across various channels and provide support where needed.Manage website tasks and make content changes when needed.Additional Responsibilities:Assists with tracking and maintaining weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.Assists with developing landing pages for digital campaigns, product launches and initiatives.Support and manage various marketing and website tasks in our project management platform.Prioritize and manage incoming content change requests.Overall support for marketing department on priority projects, as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field required.3 + years of experience in digital/content marketing.Must have experience in writing, editing, and optimizing content.Experience working in Salesforce and Pardot is a plus.Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.Experience working in WordPress is a plus.Strong understanding of inbound marketing.Experience in content marketing and digital selling for B2B.Experience working in the Google Marketing Platform including, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Google Ads.Experience working in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.Has data analysis skills to optimize campaigns based on performance trends and insights.Outstanding organizational skills; well organized and self-directed with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.*Must submit examples of content marketing work.
