Description

Job Description - Pricing Contract Coordinator

Classification: Non-Exempt

Reports to: Controller

The primary function of this position is to maintain accurate and up-to-date information about our suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication. Ace Endico is a leading food distribution company committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality products to our customers. We operate with a focus on delivering our customers with an experience which will surpass their expectations.

An individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed below. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain all programs including but not limited to, supplier information into our databases, program details, products, item specifications, exclusions, and pricing.
  • Maintain supplier files, organizing documents and contracts electronically.
  • Process supplier payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Keep information confidential and comply with data integrity and security policies.
