Role Description

The main objective of this position is to drive strategy, creativity, and execution across digital and social programs for clients. The Digital Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring team efficiency through effective timeline management and understanding cross-functional workflows. They are responsible for managing client relationships, keeping them informed on account activities, and actively seeking strategic opportunities to enhance campaigns. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior team members and staying updated on the latest marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Digital / Social Media

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Define processes, structure, and KPIs in collaboration with account leadership
  • Oversee project and creative briefs, timelines, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns for clients
  • Develop engaging content and integrated campaigns
  • Utilize social listening tools to generate actionable insights
  • Enhance digital channel measurement and reporting
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and trends

Client Management

  • Lead day-to-day activities across accounts
  • Maintain a consultative relationship with clients
  • Ensure excellent client communication and project transparency
  • Work closely with internal teams to review account performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Assist in pricing and selling projects
  • Organize and deliver projects effectively within budget and timeline

Process Management

  • Create, manage and oversee project planning processes
  • Assign tasks and deadlines to team members
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to achieve deliverables
  • Manage day-to-day project operations and approvals

Team Collaboration and Development

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
  • Foster excellence within account teams
  • Share insights and lessons learned for continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular project status update meetings
  • Promote a positive and supportive team environment

About You

  • 4-5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on organic, paid, and content areas
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Track record of delivering high-quality digital products and services
  • Ability to understand client business issues and local market dynamics
  • Experience with social management, listening, and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in organic and paid social platforms
  • Must be able to handle tight deadlines and troubleshoot effectively
  • Demonstrate creative thinking and openness to new ideas

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for the Campaign Manager role is between $84K - $115K, based on factors like location and experience.
