Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned) As a member of the Calpine Solutions Customer Care Department, Billing Analysts are responsible for ensuring prompt and accurate invoicing for customers. Billing Analysts analyze usage data in the system to determine what is ready for pricing and validate invoices prior to submitting to customers and troubleshoot exceptions, making themselves an essential part of the Customer Care Department workflow.
