Job Description

Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum Brands Co-op, is currently seeking an Administrative Analyst to support the Vice President, Pizza Hut Supply Chain in Plano, TX.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for providing Executive Level Assistance and analytics to the Vice President, Pizza Hut Supply Chain, Hub Leadership Team, Pizza Hut National Purchasing Co-Op (PHNPC) Board and cross-functional Hub Team Members to deliver superior administrative leadership and drive both profitability and productivity for RSCS Team Members and Franchise Partners.

Essential Functions

Ensure Administrative Support to Vice President and Concept Team

•Deliver superior service and partnership as a key point of contact for PHNPC Board members and Franchisees.

•Ownership of Vice President's calendar including all scheduling, monitoring, maintenance, and planning

•Management of Hub Leadership Team calendars when needed, assistance with meeting setup when requested.

•Develop, design, compile, and publish Board meeting presentations and materials.

•Cohesive integration within the Pizza Hut Administrative team, including ET level Administration (RSC A-Team

membership)

•Communicate and correspond directly with and on the behalf of the Vice President with Franchisees, Brand C-

Level Executive Staff, and RSCS Leadership business critical information within a timely and organized manner.

•Ensure clear understanding of Brand Marketing Calendar and Supply Chain Integration to foresee and plan for

aligning priorities, meeting, and collaboration needs.

•Plan and book travel for Vice President and Hub Leadership

•Manage expense processing and budgeting for Vice President and cost center(s) as assigned.

•Process invoices and manage payment reconciliations as needed.

•Conceptualize, organize, and plan meetings with Brand Partners

•Setup, maintain and manage Pizza Hut concept communications with Members through the rscs.com information

sharing system; execute ad-hoc communication when needed.

•Manage, maintain, and communicate Concept Board Roster and Committee Listings

•Provide event and meeting coordination and support as needed, inclusive of Brand Convention company attendance

and PHNPC Board Meeting Attendance. May require limited travel.

•Oversee Hub SharePoint site and manage administrative support.

HYBRID work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Lead Hub Team Development and Integration

•Identify, manage, and facilitate improvement opportunities of Hub Facilities to ensure an efficient and

streamlined workspace.

•Recognize and foster opportunities for RSCS / Brand partnership and Franchisee integration.

•Onboard new Team Members to ensure a seamless and comprehensive integration experience.

•Organize and maintain Hub scheduling calendars and planning tools.

•Provide Hub Team with work productivity needs including PC operations, office supplies and departmental

materials.

•Develop and manage Monthly Hub Meeting agenda and materials.

•Organize, design, schedule, and execute team building outings and events both on and offsite.

•Enhance the on-site experience for visiting guests through implementing and assuring a seamless pre-planning

and support process.

•React and execute upon all on-demand Leadership and/or Hub needs that should arise.

•Facilitate and coordinate the resolution of equipment, assets, technology, and workspace concerns.

Deliver Concept Development Initiatives and Project Support

•Leverage skill set to provide concept development program management support, inclusive of national launches,

new product rollouts, and item supersedes.

•Develop and maintain a robust understanding of the Program Management Process and Systems

•Maintain Program Management Project Tracker

•Responsible for documenting and communicating Post Audit on Calendar Windows and other Key Initiatives for

Pizza Hut Concept Team

•Present supply strategy, authorization and reporting based documents and illustrations to core Pizza Hut S&OP

leadership.

•Support Hub Team in resolution of short-term supply issues (i.e., challenges related to promotional sales to

forecast performance, product recalls). Develop, align with project team, and communicate contingency plans to

minimize product shortages and / or obsolescence that may result from actual sales performance.

•Provide support to all team members to ensure development and publication of robust and comprehensive

presentation materials.

•Provide data analytics on projects and reports as needed.

•Ensure continued analysis of Hub systems - identify opportunities for improvements and productivity

enhancement.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Required Education and Experience

•Requires bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Communications, or related field.

•Minimum of 5 to 7 years of business experience in administrative support to Executive with a proven aptitude

for organizing, coordinating, and communicating in a collaborative and professional manner.

•Prefer Senior Level Executive Support Experience in Administrative Management/Support role.

•Prefer Administrative Certificate.

•Ability to analyze data and provide support of projects and initiatives.

•High capability and proficiency in developing presentation decks and materials for board and senior brand/

supplier level meetings.

•3 to 5 years collaborating directly with high performing teams in a collaborative and "whatever it takes"

environment.

•Knowledge of Financial/Accounting principles

•Basic knowledge of IT terminology/functions/systems support and troubleshooting.
