Job Title: Line Service Technician Join our team at Signature Flight Support Corporation as a Line Service Technician, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Line Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our ground support equipment and providing top-notch service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct flight line operations in accordance with established policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Operate and maintain ground support equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and other vehicles. Perform various tasks, such as fueling, de-icing, and towing aircraft, as well as loading and unloading luggage and cargo. Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid state driver's license required; commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required in some locations. Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain airport security badge. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment. Ability to successfully complete Signature's training programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Three to six months experience in aviation, customer service, or related field.
