Job Description

A Senior Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients. This position balances a complex daily workload, with multiple conflicting priorities, while providing superior customer service. A Senior PCC will perform all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of the facility.

Required qualifications:
  • 2 years Experience in a Patient Care Coordinator or customer service type role.
  • 1 year Patient Care Coordinator type role within Providence or 2 years external administrative medical office type role.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

About the Team

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
