Senior TO Program Manager WHO WE ARE: STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups. STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs. STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem. The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government. Responsibilitie s:Planning, directing, and managing Data Center IT projects/operations in an organization similar in size to DISA- J6Knowledge and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced under this T O. Qualificatio ns:Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of managem entDemonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing Data Center IT projects/operations in an organization similar in size to DISA -J6Demonstrated successful working knowledge and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced under this TO.Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Data Center operations - Knowledge of DFARS and FAR regulations and requiremen ts.Knowledge of IP and optical network operati on.Knowledge of DoD network and system security requiremen ts.Knowledge of and experience with help desk support and operati on.Knowledge of networking and network-based software applicatio ns.Demonstrated experience in a DoD IT environm entExperience managing performance-based contract TOsDemonstrated experience with the ITIL framework (currently v3)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a major in a field that provides substantial knowledge useful for managing IT requirements similar to those of the PWS requiremen ts.*Position is contingent upon awa rd.Work Locatio
