Understands and adheres to all brand policies and procedures. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the eyewear and/or luxury retail industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Must be punctual and reliable. Timeliness and dependability are essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations. A team-player who is collaborative with others, is adaptable, supportive, respectful and open to feedback. Is a natural problem-solver and analytical thinker, possesses the ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions and implement effective strategies to overcome challenges. Navigates through workload pressure with ease. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience operating a POS system. Luxury sales or eyewear industry experience.
