Customer Support Associate Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, Associates degree, or a degree in progress preferred, but not required
  • One year of client-facing, customer service experience would be an asset in this role

  • The ability to troubleshoot and problem solve efficiently
  • Unwavering professional demeanor and the ability to adapt to various markets and situations
