About the Role:

The Client Service Specialist I is responsible for processing a variety of customer account transactions with efficiency, accuracy, and confidentiality. This role is essential in delivering an outstanding banking experience by nurturing relationships and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Handles cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, payments, transfers, and check cashing.
  • Balances cash drawer and transactions accurately.
  • Acquires knowledge of both new and existing banking products and services.
  • Assesses customers' financial needs to suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Ensures the safekeeping of cash and promptly accounts for or transfers funds to prevent loss.
  • Identifies and reports any fraudulent activities.
  • Follows all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Performs daily tasks to maintain branch integrity, including balancing ATMs and processing night drops.
  • Supports branch referral goals by identifying and referring basic banking products to the appropriate partners.
  • Delivers an exceptional customer experience consistently.
  • Completes other assigned tasks as necessary.
About You:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cash-handling environment.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Works effectively as part of a team.
  • Successfully completes Client Service Specialist training programs.
  • Builds strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Capable of performing repetitive hand and arm movements.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking to provide suitable solutions.
Work Style:

This position requires full onsite presence.

Our Benefits:

We offer a competitive total rewards package that includes base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $22.00, with the specific rate for the selected candidate determined by various non-discriminatory factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and geographic location. The role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, with details provided during the recruitment process.
