Job Summary The E.H.R. Application Analyst is a highly

engaging individual that has the ability to work with our clinical departments documenting clinical workflows, application training and testing new development. Reports to the E.H.R. Applications Manager for performance evaluation. Skills/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related subject is preferred, or related experience in Information Technology, or customer service Minimum of five (3) years progressively responsible managing workflows and training artifacts. Experience implementing an EHR system or similar large-scale implementation is preferred. Experience working in IT and with an EHR system while employed by a medical/healthcare/hospital system or other customer service-based industry. Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments. Expert communication skills both written and oral. Experience developing rapport and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders required. Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives to successful outcomes within approved budget and timeline required. Highly proficient with computer applications to include Microsoft Office products.
