Description

  • Provide recruiting material to Class A commercial drivers, contractors, and Owner/ Operators for the purpose of attracting them to Bennett
  • Work over the phone and in person, assisting Owner/Operators through the lease-on process with Bennett
  • Candidate will utilize established recruiting formats to include inbound and cold calling techniques, follow up calls, print and online marking campaigns. Travel to trade/truck shows and offsite recruiting events will also be required
Qualifications
  • Must possess at least 3 years experience in recruiting Class A tractor trailer drivers and owner operators in the transportation industry. Ability to consistently provide excellent service to potential and current Owner/ Operators
  • Strong written and oral communication skills a must. Great voice image, proven customer service experience. Ability to work in a team environment
