We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at USCS. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support to our HR Manager and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring
- Recruit, interview, and select top talent for various positions within the company
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top candidates
- HR Administration
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including maintaining accurate records and files
- Assist with benefits enrollment, new hire onboarding, and other HR-related tasks
- Employee Relations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, HR administration, and employee relations
- Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
