This role will be fully onsite and is open to candidates who are fully bilingual in Spanish. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment, where they are managing high-volume operational roles and corporate positions with a focus on live, face-to-face interactions.

Bilingual Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person and over-the-phone interviews for hospitality operations and corporate roles
  • Engage with candidates for various positions
  • Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn recruiter and various job boards
  • Handle challenging situations with hourly talent, demonstrating professional maturity and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with HR to meet the business's hiring needs and manage the recruitment process effectively
  • Coordinate on-site events and adapt working hours based on business requirements

Bilingual Recruiter Requirements:
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience
  • Must be fully bilingual in Spanish
  • Professional presence and maturity to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Availability to work 5 days a week onsite, with flexibility for evening events
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage the recruitment process without the need for talent sourcing
