Role Summary:
In this role, you will support Cesna Group's operations in the U.S. while facilitating recruitment for our expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates and conduct interviews
- Manage the interview process and present candidates to clients
- Close sales and engage in business development
- Identify potential clients and secure new business opportunities
- Promote our services and negotiate business terms


Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Minimum of 15 years in Commercial Sales
  • Competitive nature with a strong work ethic
  • Good academic background with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Proven ability to meet targets and excellent communication skills
  • Korean bilingual proficiency is advantageous
