Primary point of contact for all team members, providing guidance on HR-related matters, including onboarding, benefits, compensation, team member relations, payroll, and general team member support, with professionalism and care. Assists all areas with supporting various functions in the HR division as assigned. Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Conducts HR processes with accuracy, maintains accurate employee records, and collaborates across departments to promote seamless operations. Must maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of all records, team member information, data, and facility practices and procedures at all times within the Human Resources division. Exemplifies a positive and collaborative approach to service delivery. Must be self-motivated and demonstrate problem solving skills. Responsible for upholding the mission and values for the department and Augusta Health.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Human Resources, marketing, or related field preferred.

Licensure/ Certification

Certification related to Human Resources and/or employee benefits administration preferred.

Experience

Two years administrative assistant or HR Coordinator experience required.

Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of onboarding, benefits, payroll, human resources, Customer Relations Management (CRM), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Payroll software.

•Proven ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive information.
o Foster good public relations for the department and the organization. Has the ability to relate to community members and team members.
