Our Financial Institutions team is over 100 professionals strong and serves more than 350 financial institutions across the United States.The Managing Director is responsible for the customer experience, supporting financial institution business development opportunities, and resource development and growth of team members.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional client experience sLead multiple engagements in the financial institutions industry groupCreate a collaborative team environment and motivate team through communication and actionsDevelop an understanding of clients’ business and recognize key performance drivers, trends and developments and identify performance improvement opportunities and recommend creative solutions to complex issues and broaden our business relationships where possibleBe growth motivated, own client relationships and oversee engagement economics and management of resourcesLead conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trustRequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting (MBA/MAcc preferred)10+ years of experience in a public accounting with a concentration in Financial Institutions and BankingHigh level comprehension of accounting principles coupled with ability to effectively communicateUnderstanding of the complex economic and regulatory risks within the financial institutions and banking industryExperience in hiring, developing and leading an audit teamExcellent written, verbal and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityEffective time management skillsCPA CertificationSEC experience preferred.#LI-JR1#LI-HYBRIDWHY YOU SHOULD JOIN USWe believe that when our employees are able to thrive in all facets of life, their work and impact are that much greater.That's right – all aspects of life, not just your life as an employee, because we understand that there's life beyond your job.
