Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Associate. This opportunity offers both professional and financial growth potential for the right individual. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for sales and a desire for a career in the packaging industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Target and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Actively prospect and cold call potential leads to generate new business opportunities. Collaborate with Sales Leadership and internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to showcase our products and services to prospective clients. Assist in providing pricing, terms, and proposals to close sales and achieve revenue targets. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Previous sales experience in a related field is a plus but not necessary Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is advantageous. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. Physical Demands: Frequently required to sit and work on a computer Frequently required to stand and walk Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Work Environment: Work performed in an office environment where a noise level is moderate Benefits: Competitive salary with commission-based incentives.
