Dental and Vision CoverageLife and AD&D InsuranceShort Term Disability InsuranceAflac401K with Company MatchPaid VacationClosed WeekendsProfessional Sporting Events Company RafflesCompany Apparel ProgramHoliday and Monthly Birthday CelebrationsResponsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales for Mike Savoie Chevrolet.Collaborate with internal teams to identify key marketing objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.Oversee all aspects of advertising campaigns, including print, digital, social media, and events, to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.Manage the dealership's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and online advertising platforms.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.Monitor and track marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.Assist leadership team with marketing budget, ensuring spend is optimized amongst key vendors/initiatives and OEM reimbursement programs are maximized.Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automotive marketing to maintain a competitive edge.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professional(s), providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional development and drive results.Represent Mike Savoie Chevrolet at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and build strategic partnerships.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on automotive industry preferred.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Join our team and help shape the future of automotive marketing at Mike Savoie Chevrolet Apply now with your resume detailing your relevant experience and qualifications.We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
