Head of Sales Our client is a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of solar panels, battery storage systems, and racking solutions. With a commitment to renewable energy and environmental sustainability, we empower installer networks and Utility scale distributors to deliver reliable and efficient solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Position Overview: As the Head of Sales you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion by leading our sales team and developing strategic partnerships with installer networks and EPC distributors. You will be responsible for establishing and executing sales strategies, cultivating strong client relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration objectives.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales goals.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with installer networks, EPC distributors, and key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the company's market presence and reach.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform sales strategies and product development.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and market trends to senior management.

Product Education and Training: Provide training and support to sales teams and channel partners on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while protecting the company's interests.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sales activities and processes comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the renewable energy industry, with a focus on solar panels, battery storage, or related products.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.

Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Willingness to travel as needed.
