FANCY SPRINKLES strives to unleash creative potential by fueling individuals to express themselves through products to empower imagination, push boundaries and make the world a more decorated place. The company employs a fully remote corporate team that is highly diversified and across the US.

In 2018, the company received its first institutional funding from Chicago-based investment management firm Sterling Partners. The capital supports the need to further build the team, expand infrastructure, and grow its product pipeline. Lisa Stelly continues to inspire and lead the company in her role as Chief Creative Officer, focusing on developing new products and categories, and creating content for a wide array of channels through which the brand connects with an expanding and highly discerning customer base.

Position Summary:

As the Brand Campaign Manager, youll play an integral part in driving Fancy Sprinkles growth. Youll set the strategic execution plan and manage campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, search, retail media networks and other digital channels. Youll set a testing roadmap to continuously learn and adapt. Youll have a hand in forecasting, budgeting, strategic decisions, and cross functional leadership while working closely with the Sr. VP of Brand, the Product Development team, and outside agency partners. This role will be a balance between analytics, strategy, and creativity, being an Hands on Keyboard independent contributor and cross functional leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Own all Brand Campaign deliverables, including but not limited to creative assets, media strategy, in market optimizations, strategic pivots, budget allocations, and reporting.
  • Fully manage the Paid Media/Brand Awareness strategic plan and tactical execution. Implementing tests to reach new audiences.
  • Lead all Lifecycle/Retention Marketing tactics for the brand, including but not limited to Email, SMS, and website.
  • For brand-specific launches and commercial campaigns, create and manage integrated plans in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Plan for and oversee commercial / retail marketing events, whether digital or IRL
  • Reporting results, providing detailed reports that showcase the results in a digestible way. Identify insights that can keep moving the business forward to reach the goals.
  • Keep up with industry best practices and news implementing new test & learn opportunities to keep Fancy Sprinkles in the lead digitally and at shelf.
  • Set budgets and KPIs for all paid media tactics testing new creative types and audience groups.
  • Work in a matrix organization to deliver results. Partner and coach cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Oversee the marketing execution calendar and meet all deadlines.
  • Manage all campaign assets, briefing the creative team on needs, and setting timelines.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing media channels.
  • Experience managing Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Google Ads manager tools is a must.
  • Experience with Retailer media like 8451, Roundel, or Walmart Connect a plus
  • Must consider themselves Creative with a capital C - enjoys writing copy, providing art direction, and can spot trends quickly and breakdown how to implement them based on brand standards.
  • Data-savviness and ability to talk to data-driven insights
  • Record of building collaborative cross-functional relationships
  • Proven ability to influence colleagues and senior management
  • Organized with excellent project management skills - self-starter who sees opportunities for change and wants to implement them quickly.
  • Strong leadership & communication skills, both written and verbal, plus the ability to perceive and present information both analytically and creatively, to all levels of the organization, including leadership.
