The Manager, Integrated Marketing is an individual contributor role supporting marketing strategy, creative development/execution, and delivery of multichannel Stock Plan Services (SPS) participant marketing programs and campaigns.

This position will partner closely with an SPS-focused Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing and key business partners to drive marketing efforts in support of business and client experience goals.


A typical day for the Manager, Integrated Marketing might look like: drafting a marketing brief for a new email campaign, synthesizing partner feedback on a website refresh into an actionable summary to guide creative agency updates, joining a standing partner meeting to share key project updates and/or outcomes, reviewing and providing feedback on draft content marketing deliverables (articles, workshops), and reviewing final marketing materials to ensure they're delivered flawlessly.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing subject matter expertise in Schwab's foundational Stock Plan Services experiences (marketing, education, digital, live channel, etc.), audiences, and business goals—increasingly establishing self as a goto SPS marketing SME and consultant
  • Supporting SPS Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing in bringing set strategies to life through ontarget, ontime, endtoend marketing development and delivery
  • Strategizing, developing, and delivering assigned set of marketing tactics, campaigns, and programs that are deeply informed by audience needs, business objectives, and datadriven insights
  • Proactively project managing workload through all phases of development and ontime delivery
  • Managing daytoday interactions with partners, coordinating crossfunctional teams across marketing, internal/external creative agencies, business/product partners, compliance, publishing, etc.
What you have

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must have experience with Schwab processes either as a contractor or associate
  • 5+ years of marketing experiences in financial services, ideally covering the topics of investing and/or equity compensation
  • Demonstrated expertise developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies/plans and tactics spanning different audiences (B:B:C, B:C) and channels (email, web, direct mail, presentations, etc.).
  • Experience managing creative agencies in developing and delivering marketing tactics
  • Proven success simultaneously moving multiple large marketing initiatives through development in a matrixed, regulated organization—balancing project momentum with keeping stakeholders appropriately consulted and informed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with business and marketing partners, achieve alignment and buyin, and proactively report out on marketing program status
  • Selfstarter who is comfortable working autonomously but knows when to engage partners and/or leaders for feedback, alignment, or to escalate challenges
  • Strong attention to detail with an attitude of ownership and accountability
