Requirements and Desired Experience:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (industry experience considered).
  • Experience:
  • Ten or more years of experience in Radio Frequency, Technical Sales, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in sales, account management, and technical sales in Radio Frequency Shielding or related areas.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in business development, relationship building, and advanced closure techniques.
  • Effective in driving sales in a solutions-selling environment, particularly at the end-user and C-level capacities.
  • Consultative Approach:
  • Capable of serving as a trusted sales consultant, addressing client business needs and pain points.
  • Strategy and Market Development:
  • Possesses expertise in business strategy and market development.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Experienced in reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings for bid package submittals.
  • Technology Proficiency:
  • Skilled in utilizing Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Social Media platforms, and virtual meeting software.
  • Travel:
  • Open to travelling within the US (30%-50%) and as needed in Europe.
