Director of Marketing, Demand Generation

At vibeiq, we pioneer the future of digital collaboration with our purpose-built platform for consumer product companies. Our digital workspace redefines collaboration, offering a suite of apps made for companies that design, manufacture, or sell products.

We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to join our office located in the heart of Boston. In this role, you'll be tasked with crafting strategic campaigns, generating demand, and authentically narrating vibeiqs story.

Responsibilities:

  • Message Refinement: Continuously refine and iterate on brand messaging across all marketing channels to ensure consistency, clarity, and resonance with target audiences.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital demand generation strategy that drives leads, MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), and sales opportunities.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee and execute end-to-end campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Channel Expertise: Leverage multiple channels including SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, and content syndication. ABM marketing experience is a plus.
  • Events Marketing: Oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring they align with brand guidelines, meet marketing objectives, and offer a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of demand generation efforts.
  • Technological Proficiency: Must be a Hubspot Professional

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years experience in marketing or demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and cross-channel planning.
  • Proven experience building marketing funnel and demand generation.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and reporting (Hubspot required)
  • Preferred experience with software start ups or relevant industry verticals (retail, footwear, apparel)
