Our customers are interior designers and high-end retail stores.About the PositionThe Claims Repair Specialist plays a key role with providing client repair claim support, resolves claims by coordinating with repair techs and clients within standard operating procedures, provides quality customer service to our Clients, Account Managers, Sales Representatives and works closely with Quality Control and our in house Repair teams to recognize & alert on trending issues and repair concerns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a strong ability to problem-solve. What you can offer us:•Manage and resolve merchandise claims regarding repairs related to QC issues, warranty, and freight damages.
