Job Title:Material Quality Engineer Co-OpJob Description:The Entegris six-month co-op program provides students with an in-depth and extensive work experience. Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue the mission.The Role:Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a Material Quality Engineer Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.What You'll Do:Execute raw material change qualificationsTrend review of incoming raw material dataCoordinate quality investigations related to raw materials with cross-functional teams as neededBuild relationships with suppliers to implement corrective actions or continuous improvements benefiting the profitability of the Entegris businessWhat We Seek:Bachelors in Engineering or ChemistryOutstanding Candidates Will Have:Experience working with dataOpenness to learning analysis techniques and/or six sigma.Flexible, persistent, and a good attitude.Great communicator.Self-sufficient within a team.Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:2025 or 2026 graduationMaterials Science or Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ChemistryEligibility: Must be a currently enrolled studentAvailable to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January 2025-June 2025Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op programApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.What We Offer:At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
