The role requires strong leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. This job will require 50% or greater travel. Qualifications:Education:Minimum: Applicable healthcare or hospitality related experience.Preferred: Bachelor's degree with significant leadership experience.Exceptional Candidates: Master's degree in Business, Nursing, or related field.Related Experience:Minimum: Operational leadership experience in a hospitality or healthcare related field. Foster new business relationships and partnerships by providing remote and onsite support of new business development.Operationalize innovative business processes for organization-wide deployment.Support the clinical operations leadership team by organizing training opportunities for new and existing staff in the Electronic Health Record system.Support and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellenceDevelop and lead a team-oriented culture focused on learning, continuous improvement, and change.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a culture of quality and safety.Embody the Joyn Health spirit of exceptional hospitality through every internal and external interaction/communication.
