The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. This person will also work in our Cafe, preparing breakfast/lunch as needed for customers, as well as making sure the coffee is always fresh, and the area is need and clean. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors
  • Greet and direct visitors as needed
  • Preparing basic foods
  • Restocking foods
  • Making coffee

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or relevant work experience
  • Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Requirements

  • Must be personable and outgoing
  • Must have flexible schedule (able to work evenings and some Saturdays)
  • ServSafe certification preferred
